We may use third-party email or membership platforms to manage subscriber lists and deliver these communications. Those providers may process information such as your name, email address, subscription status, and interactions with emails as necessary to provide those services.

9. Squarespace, Podia, and Other Third-Party Platforms

AMG uses third-party platforms to operate portions of its Services. These may include Squarespace for public website functionality and Podia for courses, digital resources, memberships, community features, member accounts, email communications, and related services.

We may also use third-party providers for payment processing, scheduling, video conferencing, podcast distribution, analytics, email delivery, social media, cloud storage, and other business functions.

When you interact with a third-party service, information may be collected or processed by that provider in connection with providing its services to AMG or directly to you. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

AMG is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

10. AMG Community and Group Information

AMG is built around authentic conversation and connection. You should carefully consider what personal information you choose to disclose to other participants.

Information you voluntarily share with other members in a group, community discussion, comment, profile, event, or similar interactive setting may be seen or retained by other participants.

AMG establishes expectations regarding respect and confidentiality among participants, but AMG cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

AMG community spaces and coaching groups are not HIPAA-protected psychotherapy services.

Do not share another person's private information without permission.

Information posted in an online AMG community may be stored and processed through the third-party platform used to provide that community. Depending on the feature used and your account settings, certain profile information, posts, comments, or other content may be visible to other AMG members with access to the applicable community space.

11. Coaching Information

Information provided directly to an AMG coach may be used as reasonably necessary to provide coaching services and administer the coaching relationship.

AMG coaching is not psychotherapy, healthcare, or mental-health treatment. Accordingly, information provided in connection with AMG coaching should not be assumed to constitute a psychotherapy record, medical record, or HIPAA-protected health record merely because an AMG coach may separately hold a professional license.

Additional confidentiality expectations may be established in a separate coaching agreement.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
