These Terms of Use & Membership Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of AMGNashville.com and the programs, memberships, coaching services, groups, courses, communities, digital resources, and related services offered by Thriving Made Simple, LLC.
Throughout these Terms, “AMG,” “AMG Nashville,” “Authentic Men’s Group,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Thriving Made Simple, LLC and the AMG programs it operates.
By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing an AMG offering, or participating in an AMG Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular offering, AMG Services are intended for adults age 18 and older.
By purchasing or participating in AMG Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
AMG provides personal-development and coaching services that may include:
Authentic Men's Groups
Individual coaching
Community memberships
Courses
Educational resources
Workshops or events
Podcasts and other educational content
Digital products
Other personal-development offerings
Specific services, schedules, prices, coaches, benefits, and features may change over time.
AMG is a coaching, educational, community, and personal-development program.
AMG does not provide psychotherapy, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis services.
Participation in AMG does not create a therapist-client relationship.
Some AMG coaches, leaders, contributors, or owners may independently hold professional mental-health licenses. When such individuals provide AMG Services, they are acting in their AMG coaching, educational, or facilitation role unless a separate written professional-services agreement expressly states otherwise.
A person's professional credentials do not transform AMG coaching, groups, community participation, courses, or resources into psychotherapy.
AMG is not a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional care.
AMG Services are not healthcare services and should not be submitted to health insurance for reimbursement unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Personal growth requires individual participation and choice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, behaviors, relationships, health, finances, employment, and other life circumstances.
AMG does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, relational, financial, emotional, or other outcome from participation.
You are responsible for determining whether AMG is appropriate for you.
AMG Groups are coaching and personal-development groups, not group psychotherapy.
Group participation may involve personal conversation, reflection, exercises, feedback, interpersonal challenges, and discussion of relationships, emotions, behaviors, identity, masculinity, and other personal topics.
Participation is voluntary. You determine what you disclose and remain responsible for your participation.
AMG may establish additional group agreements, participation expectations, or community standards. Those requirements are incorporated into these Terms when applicable to the program in which you participate.
Authenticity requires trust.
AMG therefore expects participants to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose another participant's personal stories, identity, statements, or private information outside the appropriate AMG setting without that person's permission.
However, AMG cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
AMG Groups and communities are not psychotherapy groups and should not be assumed to provide the legal confidentiality protections that may apply to certain healthcare or psychotherapy relationships.
Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, reproduce, publish, or distribute private group sessions, coaching sessions, community discussions, or other participants' content without authorization.
Participants should use reasonable judgment when sharing highly sensitive personal information in groups or online community spaces. Online posts and communications may be stored or processed by third-party technology providers.
Nothing in AMG's confidentiality expectations prevents AMG or a participant from making a disclosure reasonably believed necessary to address an imminent threat of serious harm, suspected abuse or exploitation, unlawful conduct, or a disclosure otherwise required by law.
AMG is intended to support honest, respectful, and constructive interaction.
Participants may not use AMG Services to:
Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse another person
Discriminate against or demean others
Publish another person's private information without permission
Engage in unlawful conduct
Solicit participants for unauthorized commercial purposes
Distribute spam or malicious software
Impersonate another person
Infringe intellectual-property rights
Record private AMG interactions without authorization
Intentionally disrupt groups, communities, courses, or events
Engage in conduct AMG reasonably determines threatens the safety or integrity of the community
AMG may moderate content or restrict or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to protect participants, coaches, the community, or the integrity of the program.
Certain AMG memberships are offered on a recurring basis, including monthly or annual subscriptions. The applicable price, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your payment method at the stated interval until you cancel or the membership is otherwise terminated.
Recurring memberships automatically renew for successive billing periods until canceled.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. AMG may change membership pricing upon appropriate advance notice and in accordance with applicable law.
You may cancel a recurring AMG membership using the cancellation method available through the applicable membership platform or by contacting AMG.
Cancellation prevents the membership from renewing after the current paid billing period. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation does not provide a prorated refund or refund for a billing period that has already begun.
Access to membership benefits may continue through the end of the applicable paid billing period unless otherwise stated or the membership is terminated for cause.
Additional cancellation instructions may be provided during checkout or through the membership platform.
Unless a particular offering expressly states otherwise, payments for completed digital purchases, membership periods that have already begun, and Services already provided are generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
If AMG cancels a paid service without providing a reasonable substitute or rescheduling option, AMG may provide an appropriate refund or credit.
Nothing in this section limits refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
AMG may offer individual coaching sessions, packages, or memberships.
Specific fees, scheduling terms, session frequency, package or membership benefits, and other details will be disclosed through the applicable coaching agreement, checkout page, or booking process.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, coaching appointments require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be charged in full. Exceptions may be made by AMG in its discretion when circumstances warrant.
Coaching memberships and packages are non-transferable. Any additional cancellation, expiration, refund, or rescheduling terms disclosed and affirmatively agreed to at the time of purchase will also apply.
Purchases may provide a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access or use designated AMG courses, videos, worksheets, guides, assessments, downloads, or other resources.
Unless expressly permitted, AMG materials may not be:
Shared with others
Resold
Reproduced for commercial purposes
Uploaded to another platform
Used to create competing products
Distributed to clients, groups, organizations, or classes
Modified and represented as your own work
Additional licensing terms may apply to particular professional or facilitator resources.
Unless otherwise stated, the AMG website, branding, frameworks, written materials, videos, audio, graphics, exercises, courses, downloads, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Thriving Made Simple, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes proprietary AMG frameworks and materials identified with trademark or other proprietary notices.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through purchase, membership, or participation.
You retain ownership of original content you submit to AMG.
When you intentionally post content in an AMG community or interactive feature, you grant AMG a limited license to host, display, reproduce, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Service.
AMG will not treat a participant's private personal story as permission to use that story publicly for advertising merely because it was shared in an AMG group or community.
Testimonials, photographs, recordings, or identifiable stories used for promotional purposes may be subject to separate permission or release requirements.
If an AMG Service requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You may not share an individual account with another person unless the applicable Service expressly allows it.
Notify the applicable platform or AMG if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
AMG uses third-party platforms and service providers to deliver portions of the Services, including websites, course and community platforms, scheduling systems, video-conferencing services, email services, and payment processors. Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's own terms of service and privacy policy.
Payments, subscriptions, account access, and certain membership functions may be processed or administered through third-party providers. AMG is not responsible for outages, technical failures, security incidents, or other matters caused by independent third-party services outside AMG's reasonable control.
AMG is not an emergency, medical, or mental-health crisis service.
AMG coaches, community spaces, contact forms, emails, and websites should not be relied upon for emergency assistance or continuous monitoring.
If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, seek appropriate emergency assistance.
AMG may suspend or terminate access to a Service when reasonably necessary because of:
Material violation of these Terms
Nonpayment
Threatening or unsafe behavior
Harassment
Serious or repeated violation of community standards
Unauthorized recording or distribution
Misuse of AMG intellectual property
Fraud or unlawful conduct
Conduct that materially interferes with the operation or safety of an AMG program
Where reasonable under the circumstances, AMG may first attempt to address concerns with the participant.
Termination for serious misconduct may result in loss of access without refund to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue portions of our website, courses, resources, communities, or other Services.
We may also change coaches, schedules, platforms, or program features when reasonably necessary.
For paid Services, we will make reasonable efforts to honor material commitments associated with the applicable purchase or provide an appropriate alternative when circumstances require a change.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, educational content, and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
AMG does not warrant that the website or Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every participant.
Nothing in AMG materials constitutes a guarantee of a particular outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thriving Made Simple, LLC and its owners, employees, coaches, contractors, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thriving Made Simple, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, and agents from third-party claims, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, material violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse of the Services.
Your use of AMG Services is also subject to the AMG Nashville Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent a dispute may lawfully be required to proceed in a particular forum, the parties agree that courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Tennessee will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights or venue requirements that cannot legally be waived.
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
We may revise these Terms as AMG develops.
The “Last Updated” date will identify the most recent revision.
Material changes affecting an existing paid membership or contractual relationship will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional agreement governing that Service.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable program-specific agreement constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable AMG Service.
If you enter into a separate written agreement with AMG for a particular Service and that agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement will control with respect to that Service.
